How to bring your notes over from Keep

All your notes in one go – with formatting, checklists, images and labels as folders. No retyping.

Install Folino and open “Import from other apps” › “Google Keep” in the menu under “Data Maintenance”.
The short guide in the app takes you to Google Takeout. Create the export there – Google Keep is already selected – and download the ZIP file from Google’s email.
Choose the ZIP file in Folino, check the preview and tap “Import”. Everything goes into a new folder, labels become folders.

Can I import all my Keep notes at once?

Does Folino cost anything?

No. Folders, subfolders, notes and checklists are free and ad-free. Importing from Google Keep is free too. Premium is a one-time purchase – no subscription.

Can I keep using Google Keep in parallel?

Yes. The export is a copy, your Keep notes stay unchanged. Anything you change in Keep afterwards won’t come along automatically – for that, create a new export.

Can I move individual notes too?

Yes, via Keep’s share menu: open the note, tap “Action” (⋮) at the bottom right and choose “Send” › “Send via other apps” › Folino. On iPhone: “Action” › “Send” › Folino.
